In an effort to provide brides with excellent customer service and attention to detail, we ask that you read over our guidelines and abide by the following policies.

PLACING YOUR ORDER
Select a design from our website - you can order it as shown or personalize the design by choosing a different combination of ink colors, typefaces and components. Once you have chosen these design elements, please contact us with the following information:
1. Your choice of design
2. Your choice of typeface, ink colors and envelope colors
3. The components you need, such as save the date, invite, reply, thank you, etc.
4. The quantity of each component you need
5. The date you wish to receive your invitations
6. Contact information, including mailing address, telephone and email

TERMS OF PAYMENT
When you place your order, we ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, money orders and personal checks. We will order materials necessary for your order and begin the proofing process. If you pay for the deposit and balance with a personal check, this will add to our turnaround time.

GOING TO PRESS
Once your proofs are approved, we require an initialed copy faxed to our studio. When the order is approved for printing, we are ready to go to production. At this time, the balance of your order will be applied to your credit card and we will proceed with printing your order. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery after final approval and payment. With credit cards and money orders, we are able to begin printing immediately. With personal checks, we wait until the check clears to begin designing and/or printing your invitations – this can take up to ten business days. If you pay for the deposit and balance with a personal check, this will add to our turnaround time. All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

PROOFS & DESIGN
We are happy to customize our designs with the colors and font styles you desire. All invitation text must be emailed to design@luckypaperie.com. We do not accept handwritten or faxed text.
• Standard proofs: 7 to 10 business days
| • Rush proofs: 1 to 3 business days

Don’t see what you are looking for? We can create a completely custom design just for you! (Due to copyright infringement laws, we cannot replicate designs in magazines, we can however use images as inspiration for a unique design)
• Custom Invitation Design & Proof: 15 to 21 business days

We offer custom map design as part of your invitation suite. All map artwork is custom and is requires additional turnaround time to design. There is an added design charge for all map designs.

THE PROOFING PROCESS
Once we've completed the design, we'll e-mail you a digital proof that contains every piece in your set. Be aware that colors may look different on screen than on paper, depending on your monitor settings. Once the proof is approved, it must be signed and faxed to our studio in order to begin printing. We will begin the printing turnaround time on the following business day. When you approve the proof, you are saying that you accept the design, text, paper, color and illustrations of the invitation. Included in the cost of your set is three (3) rounds of changes to your initial proof. There is a $25 charge for each additional round of proof revisions. We will correct, at no cost, any mistakes caused by our own error. Once proofing begins, substantial changes to the design may delay the ship date and/or create additional expenses. Please allow ample time for proofing your invitations and stationery. Turnaround time does not include the proof process. The turnaround time begins after the proof is approved.

PROOFREADING RESPONSIBILITIES
Remember to proofread your invitation text. Have one (or several!) other people read over the text as well, looking for typos, misspellings, etc. Lucky Paperie is not responsible for these sort of errors. Unfortunately, if you find such errors in your printed pieces, we can not offer a refund--and we DO have to charge for reprinting. We obviously don’t want this to happen, so we encourage you to proofread and proofread again! We will print the text exactly as you send it to us. When you approve your digital proof, Lucky Paperie will produce an invitation set that looks exactly like that proof (keeping in mind that color varies from screen to screen). For accurate color, you should refer to our ink chart or invitation samples. A slight but beautiful variation in color might be expected in your printed invitations.

Turnaround times are approximate and are in no way guaranteed. You will be notified when your order is ready to ship. Invitation assembly will add 5 business days to your turnaround time. Changes or additions made after approval will add to your turnaround time.

RUSH ORDERS
We do offer rush turnarounds. Depending on our schedule, we offer a 2 week turnaround for you. Rush charges will be charged an additional 50% of your order total. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are experiencing a invitation or announcement emergency and you need a quick turnaround!
